Marissa Capelouto has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Customs Administration (BSCA) and over 24 years of hands-on experience in ocean shipping, air freight, and local trucking industry. She has won numerous awards and distinctions throughout the period, most notably in the generation of sales and excellence in customer service. She has worked for Lynden Air Freight, Dependable Hawaiian Express, Honolulu Freight, Emery (now UPS), and was the first terminal manager for Mid America Overseas establishing the first shipping terminal in Honolulu. Very "rarely" will you find anyone more knowledgeable about the shipping industry and how to get challenging jobs done in Hawaii.

Dean Capelouto has a Masters Degree in Information Systems (MIS) and Bachelors Degree in Occupational Education with a major in Business Administration. Prior to employment with Oahu Express, he was a Senior Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton which included special projects involving Pacific Training (California, Hawaii), Missile Defense (Hawaii), and Secure Communications Networks (IT Infrastructure/Networks) in Europe. Prior to consulting, he served our country for 22 years in the US Navy, retiring at the rank of Senior Chief in the Operations Specialist field. During his tours of duty, he provided both technical and leadership (management) experience in operations, communications and training. He served as a Navy Instructor, Air Intercept Controller (Radar Controller for Fighter Aircraft - Dog Fighting), and as a Hawaii Regional Training Coordinator. He runs the day to day operations/dispatch and finances for the company. In addition to having specialized knowledge in federal / state compliance, hazardous material, safety, process management, IT and security programs.
