Dean Kalani Capelouto - General Manager
Mr. Capelouto has been running Oahu Express, since 2006. He holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems and Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Education (Major in Business Administration). In addition to being an expert in logistics, Mr. Capelouto has also served (and continues to serve, in a limited capacity) as an advisor, senior consultant, and network engineer for numerous department of defense contractors, such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Sayres and Associates, AECOM, and Ingenia Services ss, he was a Senior Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton which included special projects involving training. missile defense, and IT infrastructure/networks. Prior to consulting, he served 22 years in the US Navy, retiring at the rank of Senior Chief in the Operations Specialist field. During his tours of duty, he provided technical and managerial leadership in operations, communications and training. He is currently involved in overseeing the day to day operations, dispatch, finances, in addition to having knowledge in compliance, hazardous material, safety, process management, IT and security programs.
